Lifestyle
Cubone evolves into Marowak. Fierce, it fights with a bone as a club and boomerang, seeking revenge on Mandibuzz. The Alolan form sets that bone alight in green.
In the anime
Kiawe often keeps his Alolan Marowak outside its Poké Ball. Otoshi's left him when Team Rocket stole his Badges, then returned to help win them back.
Name origin
Marowak suggests bone marrow and whack. It resembles a bipedal dinosaur, and the bone-boomerang echoes Australian hunting. The Alolan form suggests a fire dancer.

- In sleep, it sometimes uses its bone as a pillow.
- Its cursed Alolan flames cannot be put out with water.
