Lifestyle
It copies others poorly and quickly picks up nearby feelings. In Galar it copies Mr. Rime until it becomes Galarian Mr. Mime, then Mr. Rime; elsewhere it evolves into Mr. Mime.
In the anime
James receives his from Nanny and Pop-Pop. Seldom used in battle, it helps Jessie in several Contests, then James leaves it at Team Rocket HQ before Unova.
Name origin
It suggests a toddler, a mime, and a clown, and also an ice cream cone. The name comes from mime and Jr., short for Junior.
