Its story
Lifestyle
A male-only species of the savannas. It will risk its life for a Nidoran♀, then charges and injects its poison. It evolves into Nidorino, then Nidoking.
In the anime
Ralph's Nidoran♂, nicknamed Tony, kisses Emily's Nidoran♀ and evolves into Nidorino. Their Trainers, however, hate each other.
Name origin
Ken Sugimori designed it by blending rabbit, rodent, and venomous mammal. Its name may come from needle and the male symbol ♂.
