It looks up to Pangoro and copies how it battles. It tries to look stern, but any distraction leaves it grinning. It evolves into Pangoro.
In the anime
Serena catches one in Lagoon Town after it interrupts a Showcase. Two others trouble Ash, then get pulled into a Team Rocket scheme.
Name origin
Designed by Megumi Mizutani, it is a panda cub. Pancham may combine panda, punch, and champion.
