Its story
Lifestyle
Pidgeot evolves from Pidgeotto and is the final form of Pidgey. It flies faster than sound, stirs up windstorms, and lives in temperate forests.
In the anime
Ash's Pidgeotto becomes Pidgeot, defeats Fearow, and leaves to watch over Pidgey and Pidgeotto. It later saves Pikachu and rejoins the team.
Name origin
Despite its name, it is a bird of prey more than a pigeon. Pidgeot may blend pigeon and jet, a nod to its speedy flight.
