Lifestyle
A lightning bolt set Brass Tower on fire; Ho-Oh revived Raikou to embody that bolt. It races grasslands in storms, barks like thunder, and distrusts humans.
In the anime
In The Legend of Thunder!, Attila and Hun failed to capture Raikou. A Shiny Raikou later appeared beside the rest of its trio.
Name origin
Muneo Saitō made Raikou the tiger of the legendary beasts. Its name may come from rai, thunder, and kō, emperor.
