Its story
Lifestyle
Revived from an Armor Fossil, it lives in the Terarium's Canyon Biome and evolves into Bastiodon. Its extremely hard face protects it, unless it is struck from behind.
In the anime
Four Shieldon appear when J tries to catch them all: Gary must protect them, but J takes one, which Ash frees. Newton Graceland has one, always outside its Poké Ball.
Name origin
The design blends a ceratopsian dinosaur and a shield; without horns, it is close to Protoceratops. Shieldon may join shield and -don, a suffix for prehistoric animals.
