Its story
Lifestyle
Wicked and very rare, it lives high in tropical trees, where its leaves raise winds near thirty meters per second. It evolves from Nuzleaf and is Seedot's final form.
In the anime
It debuts by kidnapping Nurse Joy to treat a wounded Nuzleaf. Later, O's Shiftry knocks Dawn and Barry out of a ping-pong tournament.
Name origin
Shiftry may blend shifty with tree. It mixes a mature oak and the tengu, a yōkai with a beak-like nose, white hair, and a wind fan.
