Its story
Lifestyle
Near forests and fields, it hunts Bug Pokémon in noisy flocks. Weak alone, it defends its territory fiercely. It evolves from Starly into Staraptor.

Ash's Starly becomes Staravia, then Staraptor at the Squallville PokéRinger competition.
Name origin
Its traits recall an adult northern lapwing most, and also an adult starling. Staravia joins starling and avian, a word tied to birds.
