Sudowoodo has a brown, log-shaped body with yellow spots, short feet, and thin arms ending in three green spheres. A forked branch crowns its head, shorter on the female.

Lifestyle
Its body is closer to rock than to a plant. It disguises itself as a tree along paths, flees the rain, and evolves from Bonsly.
In the anime
Brock's Bonsly becomes a Sudowoodo: once needy and easily distressed, it proves a strong, reliable partner.
Name origin
Ken Sugimori designed it as an overworld obstacle, based on a small tree, petrified wood, and stick-insect mimicry. Sudowoodo corrupts pseudo (false) and wood.
