Its story
Lifestyle
It lives in mountain forests, snaps trees for fruit, and loves honey. It evolves from Teddiursa, then into Ursaluna with Hisuian peat under a full moon.

Paul owns an Ursaring. Wild ones once chased Ash through their territory during mating season.
Name origin
It is based on the brown bear and the Asian black bear, the “moon-ring bear.” Ursaring combines Latin ursa, “bear,” and ring.
Did you know?
- Its smell can find food buried underground or hidden in streams.
- Outside Japan and Korea, it is in Gold, not Silver; Donphan is the reverse.
- In Scarlet and Violet its evolution is coded, but impossible to trigger.
