Appearance
Victreebel is a bell-shaped carnivorous plant: a gaping mouth, swollen pink lip, two lower teeth, and semicircular eyes. A leaf covers the opening, and a long brown, yellow-tipped vine hangs down.

Its story
Lifestyle
It flicks its vine to mimic an animal, while a scent of nectar or honey draws prey. Victreebel is born from an Evolution stone, evolves from Weepinbell, and rarely lives in forests and jungles.
In the anime
James had two Victreebel, traded for each other. Jessie drove the second out after it attacked her: they fell in love and hopped off into the forest together.
Name origin
Victreebel joins victory, tree, and bell. Atsuko Nishida designed it, like its line, after pitcher plants. Mega Victreebel suggests the ground-level traps of the genus Nepenthes.
