Its fur is so soft that nobody wants to stop, and people spin it into yarn. It inflates with no real limit, lives in green plains, and evolves from Jigglypuff by Moon Stone.

Neesha's Wigglytuff was captured and cloned by Mewtwo. The Nurse Joys of Kalos use it as their aide, and Harley's Wigglytuff battled at the Kanto Grand Festival.
Name origin
Its body suggests a balloon and its curl a soft-serve swirl. Wigglytuff blends wiggly with tough or tuft; Japanese Pukurin joins pudding and swelling.
