Those tablets live by the grudge of someone punished for recording a king's evil deeds. It drains plants, so forests and fields turn barren at once.
Name origin
Wo-Chien may join wō, Chinese for snail, and jiǎn, for bamboo slips, in Wade–Giles. Its shell recalls those writing slips, and its shape a decollate snail.
