Lifestyle
It stores electricity outside its body and runs as fast as lightning. Mega Evolution lets it hold ten bolts and strike when it chooses.
In the anime
In the film The Power of Us, it lives in Fula City and distrusts humans. Dia, a former Ultra Ranger, uses it to save Ash and Pikachu.
Name origin
Takao Unno drew on cats, tigers, Kanehekili, the thunder god, and the raijū. Its name may come from Arabic zarra, "to shine," and tora, "tiger."
